New here, looking for understanding

I feel like my meds aren't helping, I've been taking bupropion for about 2 months now and I'm not feeling a difference 🙃. I've also noticed I have days where all I want to do is sleep all day and then I feel bad for doing that

I have really been there the past two months especially as I made a medication change. The one upside is now I have really learned to appreciate that moods are transient.
