this is something I thought about for about two years before I came to the realization that yes you can indeed have both !! now I do believe the treatment for them is generally around the same, but the biggest delineation I personally noticed was that my chronic fatigue came with the intense sore throat that was never caused by any type of actual infection or cold. that’s one of the symptoms that’s unique to CFS and not fibro, but this is all just in my experience what I’ve found
