Great question! I have already got diagnosed with ocd and anxiety and am going to get an evaluation for adhd and depression I have had some relapse but the treatment plan has worked so far what abt you?
Mine is pretty okay! Definitely has been hard finding how to properly cope and how to prevent relapses. But otherwise, I've been slowly getting better!
