Anxiety taking over my life

Ive not been on this app in far too long! I wanted to let you know that i finished my corse and graduated in November with a fine art degree (2.1)

Some unis also provide you with a few sessions of therapy in case you’re really struggling. It’s a common thing amongst students, I went through it as well and I learned to manage mine albeit a bit too late in my case 😅 You’re aware of it and I wasn’t which is a great head start. Don’t forget that even it doesn’t seem so there’s always people that are going through what you’re going and also that are always options and help available. You can do this 👊 Just keep pushing forward and make yourself busy and use the tools you have available, check with your tutors and uni and maybe talk to your friends about it if you can.

Reach out to your tutors through email if it’s easier saying you’re really struggling with your mental health and don’t know what to do, they’ll definitely help and support you!
