When do you know your meds aren’t helping? Is it normal to swing?

I would talk with the meds doctor and tell them your symptoms. They just bumped up my dosage to help me better. I was spending out of control and had more risky behavior. Those were my signs the meds weren’t working.

Give meds at least 3-4 months to see the results especially if you are titrating up every time you have a med check Be patient but if you feel like the side effects outweigh the benefits there are other options!

I would talk to your psychiatrist about your symptoms. For me I went right back to having bad mood swings so they had to up my dosage
