Dealing with Grief: Need Encouragement

**Trigger Warning** death of loved ones I've been slung into this dark place. I need some uplifting words. Words of encouragement. I attended a funeral today of a friend. She was not yet 30 and has a young family. I honestly couldn't count how many deaths I've experienced in my life; it's a lot. So many of my friends have left this earth too young. I'm so tired of death. I believe in life after death, but I still ache so much. Part of me wants to curl up in a hole and avoid people the rest of my life so I don't have to experience this feeling anymore.
