Surgery for Herniated C5-C6 and Spinal Stenosis: Is it Worth It?

In my experience, I don't think the fusion made the other disc's worse? It seems inevitable to me,sadly..I am trying some non surgical methods right now, I had fusion on c5,6,7 in 2020 and am now having new spinal cord compression/ deformity at c4,5 and 6, as well as calcification of the ligaments- 🙏 you find some relief

I've been dealing with DDD since I was 25 and have heart failure at 41, so have done everything available and nothing helps.

Depending on your age, it may be best to wait as long as you can. Look in to alternative therapy to control your symptoms and possibly improve your condition.
