Struggling with Chronic Health Issues as a New Mom

I have been dealing with chronic pain for 27 years. I raised two children who are now adults with a husband that is a double amputee in a wheelchair. I have dealt with depression and emphysema and have overcome a lot through the years. I have recently this past year weaned myself off of all opioids. I was on extremely high doses. I and willing to talk if you need it. Anytime. Always willing to help. God bless

I have lived with mental health issues for most of my life. I have taken classes on how to set goals and change perspective on things going on. Also coping skills. For a long time dealing with chronic pain but, only 4 years diagnosed with FM. I have good insight on how to deal with things and a want to not just survive, but thrive.
