Struggling with Single Fatherhood and New Relationship

I'm a 43 year old man. single father with 3 girls. thier mom left us over 4 years ago. I'm raising them. I met someone who is 40. she has 2 babies. now we are a family of 7! ages from 2 to 15 . I moved me and my daughters to a new town on the other side of our state. My girls have been through counseling. I never have. I got this! my brother chose suicide. my aunt chose suicide. the girls grandmother and aunt both died . what am I mentally doing I don't know. and how are my kids dealing? i don't know. ...
