I ask for suggestions on this app. I ask people what do you do to get out of the funk or depression you're feeling right now? Hobbies, T.V. shows, just listening to music,etc,etc. I try to be open to other people's suggestions and see what works for me and what doesn't. 🙏

I usually mindlessly consume a new TV show or something. Once you start down that path you can just throw it on whenever you don't want to do anything as like a default. Then you don't really have to make another decision until you finish it.
I've been on that train for a while now but strange thing is... I'm not sad, just kinda stuck in this stagnant time of sorts.
