New to the app and feeling isolated

I just wanted to talk with people who have the same issues as me so I can get new ideas and new things about my conditions that I didn't know about

I can't remember where I heard it from. Reddit I think? I was excited to see that there was a platform like this and it does help with some isolation and a sense of belonging. I do prefer Reddit in that sense for my medical issues but I like both this one and that. Sometimes it feels like no one understands.

I was feeling that way too when I came across this app. It can be helpful to connect with people, to get encouragement, or just for venting.
