      I'm having , I guess its panic attacks to the point I'm throwing up and its horrible.. anyone else had this?

        @Flower2 I haven't had panic attacks that lead to throwing up! that's horrible.. I'm so sorry! if it's happening really regularly, I hope you're able to see a medical professional about it if you haven't already! Thinking of you ❤️ if you want any coping skills/strategies that I use or recommend in my mental health work...let me know!

      😥 Wishing you the best too💕 I'd like to rant about something. My friend has a seizure on the phone with me and I called for help. She ended up in the hospital for a few days so I flew out to see her. Everything was so stressful and a lot of responsibility was put on me to help out in every way possible. It felt like i had no room to breath. Expecially since she didn't act like herself. We had the same conversations multiple times a day and she didn't remember them. She got very angry with me for trying to help. With everything going on it brought back my eating disorder I had finally overcome in the previous year. I now struggle with it daily and it's so hard. I don't want to blame her situation but it did effect me in a bad way. To the point i had a few mental breakdowns during the 2 weeks I was there. I'm trying to heal and manage my daily stress right now. I'm trying.

        @Zozzy oh man, that's a lot! I'm so sorry you've been dealing with all that! I think you are a wonderful friend and it was incredibly important and compassionate what you did for her. Now it's time to take care of and be gentle with yourself ❤️
