21yo Female Seeking Answers to Chronic Pain

Hi! I am a 21 yo fm. My neurologist suspects I have MS. We did a brain and spine MRI. Brain was clear but they said “there might be cysts in my spine” and really haven’t given me any other information. I’ve also been through an EMG (the most painful dx test ive ever experienced) which was supposed to have been normal. Im tired of going through so many tests these past 5 years trying to figure out why I have chronic pain. Ive had leg pain since i was 15. I could never keep up with the other students in gym or even on normal walks, even though I was technically a healthy fit. This pain has gotten worse and worse throughout these years and has radiated into my arms and hands. It’s become difficult to walk, climb stairs especially, sometimes write, drive my car, or even open simple lids. My symptoms worsen every few months or weeks and then get better for a few weeks. The worst pain i was ever in was last summer and i was brought to tears trying to brush my hair. I have extreme fatigue and brain fog, sometimes difficulty swallowing, im constantly dropping things, having troubles with my speech such as stuttering or slurring, impaired fine motor skills, decreased libido. I saw this app community thing and figured i could give it a try. Maybe someone has similar experience or symptoms. My mom shares a lot of these symptoms as she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. However, because my pain fluctuates so much and is present throughout my whole body, i really dont think thats what i have and i even suspect my mother may have ms.
