    I find that breathing is my greatest tool...there are breathing techniques on youtube

    Identifying them and just being aware really helped me. Breathing through the tough ones. When it’s really bad try cold water on your face.

    Scents too, music.. especially with headphones, at least for me, cleaning up my house.. especially doing laundry, hanging out with my dogs . IDK. There's hundreds of ways, just find one. ;!)
