I have been on Prozac for 9 years now and it seems like it is not working. Should I have changed it or should I?

It's up to you ultimately. If you feel it's not working anymore, there are so many other options out there to try. There are even new a-typical anti-psychotics that you can be genetically tested for to see if they will or won't work for you. I'm taking one now called vraylar and I'm the most stable I've ever been.

I would talk to your mental health provider because you've been on it for so long. They can find a better solution for you.
