        @emokitty it would be repetitive thing we do alot. So I’m told. For me it was my job. Perhaps it’s different for everyone tho!

      Hmm 🤔 having it myself and keeping it at bay. I’ve HEARD it’s better. But I’ve also heard that the process can be UNDONE if we go back to what caused it in the first place…..
