Long time no see, how's everyone doing?

Summer has been good. Mentally ups and downs

During school, I had constant flashbacks and panic attacks because I was sleeping very late on average and I think exhaustion contributed. Since summer break began, I’ve been able to sleep much earlier and longer and my flashbacks have gone away like 90% and I only average like two panic attacks every week. 👌

I'm doing well! Horrible tietze and joint pain flareups but I got to go to the zoo a few days ago!

Doing okay, I've been having to work every day during a fibromyalgia flare up this week, but thank goodness my bosses are chill and understanding and allow me to sit whenever i need to

I'm doing good these days, thank goodness!
