Struggling with Medications: Seeking Advice

Surprisingly enough Prozac really helped with my symptoms. It took a couple of months but now the voices are much quieter/distant.

I take Abilify. It really helped me, because the voices regressed a lot and even the feeling of having those people around me disappeared.

Still trying to find a good medication for psychotic features. My psychiatrist recently put me on Caplyta. But it makes me very drowsy. Hoping the drowsiness goes away.
