      My path to a complex PTSD diagnosis was complicated given I had undiagnosed ADD If you have the PTSD diagnosis then you need to seek help from a good trauma counselor. I don’t know what symptoms you are experiencing. It can be debilitating. I experienced flashbacks, emotional dysregulation, depression and anxiety. If you want some information on therapy I can send some links. Medication only treats the symptoms and may help in the short term
