How bad is the asthma attack? If you’re turning blue (or have an O2 stat under 85) go to the hospital immediately. If it’s not that, keep track of your pulse-ox and take your nebulizer treatments. If it’s mild, I do a spray of albuterol, and rest. I usually also grab a hot shower as that helps my lungs open up a bit.
