Does anyone know a good way of combatting psoriasis (any good treatments)? I've been moisturising every day especially on affected areas of my body but it's not super effective.
Just moisturizing never worked for me - it didn't make a difference at all. Nothing for me ever worked over the counter except for Nizoral shampoo which helped with my scalp. After exhausting most options through my dermatologist, I just recently started biologic injections (stelara specifically) and so far so good.
