Hello, I also have chronic fatigue along with fibromyalgia and I have found that using a rollator is very useful. It's basically a walker with a seat and wheels. I also use a cane when I'm walking short distances.
I use the Drive Nitro Rollator and it helps a lot with muscle strength while walking and stability along with having a place to sit. I really like it and call it the batmobile.
