Dealing with Health Anxiety

@pinky3 I just take it day by day good days bad days mines in my tummy so morning are the worst I get a lot of upset tummy’s and need the toilet Ali which makes me the worst and I google a lot and that should be a big no no they always give the worst first so day by day
