    Therapy might be a good way. Exercise could help too and making sure you get sunlight and are outside often enough

    Eating actual meals, as simple/ lazy as you need, but actually eating meals instead of random snacks whenever you remember you’re hungry or forcing yourself to eat because you know you need to always helps me feel more in control and on top of life
