So, I'm stressed and worried. A while ago I noticed a brown dot on my areola and assumed it was just a blocked pore or something, but it didn't go away. On closer inspection it's like a wrinkly textured bump with little black thread like things sticking out. Its about the size of a pencil tip, and bleeds when disturbed. Is this something I should get checked? I don't know if I'm just overthinking it because I'm going through a stressful time already.
