Has anyone been prescribed Dicyclomine for IBS? I just started taking it, and I had so many awful side effects. The worst was nausea all day long. I also had dry mouth and lightheaded/dizziness, along with a weird sort of feeling of being drugged. It was all so bad that I decided to stop taking it.
I was also given Dicyclomine for diarrhea, and I had a similar experience. It helped with the symptoms but the side effects were almost not worth it. I also got dizzy and had dry mouth.. felt like I couldn't drive on it.
