I’ve been really struggling this week. My family is away on holiday so I have no one to help me with the housework and stuff, I’ve been doing a lot and I’m in so much pain but I have hardly rested because there’s too much to do. My boyfriend is here but he works so he’s not around in the daytime to help. I feel so overwhelmed, depressed, stressed and in pain. I just keep thinking what’s the point of being here if doing anything makes me suffer.
