Stressful Dreams When Forgetting Anxiety Meds

Ever sense my dad died a year ago I’ve been having the WEIRDEST dreams about my dad. The other night him and I had a conversation about me becoming a man and how to shave. Other nights I have dreams about him saying he’s so disappointed in me and I can’t even protect my family and I am a horrible son. Not what he would say to me. It’s fine to not take your meds for a day at a time but if it becomes a habit of forgetting write down a sticky note for a reminder. It’s important to remember to take your meds so you stay happy friend. And as long as your happy I’m happy.
