What’s everyone taking for long haul Covid? I’m early on, have an inhaler, take Quercertin, Pepcid, Claritin and was just prescribed something else that comes in the mail tomorrow. Tried ldn which made my physical symptoms better but mental health tanked with it. Only 3 months out from Covid.
