I’ve got trauma to in the past and now it’s not easy with mental health it really aint it’s hard sometimes it takes control over your emotions sometimes you can control it and sometimes it gets so out of control you take panic attacks and anxiety attacks I get it sometimes twice in a row sometimes 3 times a week and sometimes everyday of the week
