Feeling Alone Forever

I feel this,, I am so cautious about who I let into my life. I also used to connect with people by drinking or smoking, and now I’m not doing that anymore so I’m a little lost. But I know it’s possible because I have friends who have stuck by me the whole way, so I’m trying to be hopeful

Me too. It’s taken me so long to get comfortable being around people in general, and I’m still working on it. It often feels like I’ll never belong anywhere
