I’m starting to believe that my Zoloft has just stopped working. My anxiety the past week or so has been so bad. I feel trapped in my mind, my chest is tight. I really don’t like it.

      It will happen off and on at certain times of the year, then it will skip a year, and so on. Keep yourself cool at night and carry a cold jug of water with you. You can actually drown these feelings with water.
