I struggle with transitions from home to work. It causes maximum level anxiety and delusions everyday. I have also struggled with work recently in dealing with work politics. Any suggestions for succeeding in these day to day grinds?

Wow this sounds rough. When you say transitions from home to work, what do you mean, physically, like a commute or lack of commute in remote work? Or mentally? Also work politics can be really devastating. I dealt with work politics during a transition in leadership at my company and it was some of the roughest times in my life. If I were dealing with my more serious delusions during that I would be a wreck. It sounds like it might be about figuring out how to weather the storm at work or jump ship somewhere else, I dunno what your situation is like for you. I ended up going back to grad school (which was also stressful)

Honestly for me it's about taking it not just a day at a time but an hour at a time. Little chunks of time that make me feel like I've had a victory for surviving it
