      Hi! My sisters bf is going to school to be a nutritionist. I recently asked him the same question as I discontinued omeprazole for fear or long term side effects. He recommends adding a lot of fiber to your diet, and take a magnesium supplement.

      Nothing! 😆 🤣 😂...... sorry I have really bad GERD and a couple week had a really bad bout of it for a whole week. Guess what started it...spicy guacamole that I did not know was spicy. It was horrible. I couldn't eat anything 😩 and didn't pretty much the whole week. Did a lot of research and noticed pretty much everything I eat causes it.
