I think it doesn't get talked about a lot but RRT - rapid resolution therapy is excellent. I had maybe 3 sessions and it was so helpful. But outside of that particular intensive outpatient center, I have never heard people talk about it. But super great.

I highly suggest EMDR therapy!

Therapy and meds are all I know of but I wish I knew of something better. I still have flashbacks.
