      For me, I have the opposite problem, cause my body is always in exercise mode I can't put it on 😫

      Pilates is great because most of the exercises are done laying down and focuses on breathing! Look up videos for beginners on YouTube and start there, it gets intense in terms of targeting certain muscles if you just jump right in.. I learned the hard way lol
