Ok so I’ve started eating more, trying to get even more exercise, and drinking LOADS of water. I’m still gaining weight. I have gained 20 pounds since September and I am so upset about it. Someone recommended Pilates but my doctor said I shouldn’t do it because it’s to much of a risk with my POTS. I’m still eating less than the recommended amount of calories but it’s because I don’t have an appetite.

Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)
Some exercise options for people with POTS include swimming, yoga, ground exercises, recumbent biking, and low-impact exercises like rowing machines. It's important to pace yourself and find your limit while exercising. Additionally, working with a nutritionist and making dietary changes can help with weight management. Remember to consult your doctor before starting any new exercise or diet plan.
