VyVanse for Fatigue: Anyone Else Experiencing More Tiredness?

My doctor prescribed me VyVanse for fatigue but it seems to make me more tired most of the time. I feel more calm but also more sleepy. Has anyone else been prescribed this for fatigue and did it help? I am at 20mg.

      @Lolita I’ll have to talk to him but it’s like it never gives me energy, just makes me calm and tired even before it should be leaving my system.

      From what I know of this drug because Vyvanse is a stimulant, when the drug leaves the body, some may feel drowsiness. Ask you doctor if he recommends on something that lasts longer or if he/she believes this side effect will disappear.
