Virtual ADHD Diagnosis: Validating or Inaccurate?

found out yesterday that virtual telehealth during the pandemic had led to a probably inaccurate dx of ADHD-PI, when in reality a combined presentation was more warranted. feeling confused about this, and even though it was validating to have my therapist go over the symptomology before i speak to my psychiatrist in a few days. but it has me thinking of other times i might have been exhibiting telltale signs that no one picked up on (granted, over zoom no one will see my leg bouncing or skin picking, but its definitely there)
