I just started trigger point injections for my trapezius muscle. I got back on the 27th for another injection. It's very new and has been helpful so far. After leaving, I was unable to move my neck . The injection was painful I'm one spot that constantly hurts, there was a tiny spots on blood to that affected area. Only experience pain today, my brother had pushed me. Now my left arm is in pain. He has Autistic meltdowns.
