Hello everyone I have been told I have treatment resistant depression anyone else been told this? And what options are there out there besides Sparvarto I have done tried that. And I applied for disability do you think the treatment resistant depression will help me get it?
I've never heard of treatment resistant depression. Sounds scary. As far as the disability goes... 2 of my sisters have been begging me to try to get it. It would help out so much. I don't work because of my anxiety and depression and stomach problems. I don't feel mentally stable enough to work. I hate all this. Good luck.
I'm not sure if you can but working out is a big boost to my self esteem and attitude. It is sometimes the only thing that helps me. When I don't workout I can feel myself getting more depressed. You can say it is my medication.
