I've been having a lot of knee pain lately related to fibro. It's usually one of my worst flare-up spots. I've noticed using a brace can sometimes help, but does anyone have any supplemental tips to help?
I understand that I got chronic knee pain on top of the fibro, I use my brace regularly but I use a estem machine which helps with both my chronic knee pain and fibro pain also
