I use to go to the gym every morning 5-6 days a week for over an hour every day then I was in a car accident and have had chronic pain since (almost 5 months ago) does anyone have any tips about getting back in the gym / how to deal with pain while there / after?

I found yoga to be a good way to slowly work my way back into exercising. It also helps some with my chronic pain. Once I started working out again I realized I had to pace myself differently so I’d keep that in mind. Be patient with yourself and your body. Cannabis, specifically edibles, are something I like to have after working out and epsom salt baths might help some afterwards too.
