hello I just had a second ultrasound of my thyroid and I have had two blood tests as well I'm seeing an indo Dr. and she said that I might have one of two things going on but she would not know until she gets the tests done the two things are either goiters or hypothyroidism. I remember that my mom had goiters just before she passed away from ALS in 1999. I am wondering if this could be passed on to me from my mom.??? please help me try to understand just what these both are. thank you very much!!!!!
