Need Help with Thumb Joint Stabilization

You guys know any ways to stabilize your metacarpal and trapezium joints in the thumb. I have Ed’s and they’re always over extending and dislocating. Please reply

      I don’t know how to stabilize it, but same! My hand kind of collapses when I write and it cramps up so fast and I get tendinitis
