I am thinking about switching gyms. I am not someone who goes everyday because that would be to much for me..I guess I'm just asking cause I would have access to a sana and pool and get some input if it helps us with chronic pain. thanks in advance! appreciate any input!

      Being in water takes the stress off my joints. I always really liked it. I can't just swim laps endlessly though or I would be bed ridden after. But being in the water and being able to move around is nice.
