I'm going to a summer camp, where I won't have my phone meaning I can't look up calories or track my exercise which is a huge problem for me. not knowing how much I'm eating can be really bad for me bc I either eat too much or eat nothing, so I'm just really nervous and I don't want counslers or my friends up my ass about me not eating enough the whole camp when I just wish I knew how much I was consuming
