Two years ago I started experiencing full body and vocal tics very suddenly. They have since died down if not almost completely stopped and I can’t figure out the reason. I am extremely scared that I made it all up some how or faked it. The worst part is not knowing how to figure it out, but I feel like everyone in my life just thinks the worst of me from it.
