Sudden Numbness in Hands and Mouth - Normal Labs

The other day my hands started going numb(which isn’t that word for me) but then my mouth started going numb. Went to the ER and all my labs were normal. Anyone have a similar experience? What was it?

      I have the same issue and have no idea what it is..my lips go numb all the time..my fingers do too..so frustrating!
