i’ve been slipping in and out of suicidal thoughts. I have a lot of trauma, and I feel like once i’ve healed the wound from one, there’s a new thing that pops up. i’ve been working a lot of hours , just tryna silence all the thoughts. I know i’ll crash eventually, but im not ready to acknowledge all the hurt I feel. everyone thinks im doing really good, but im drowning. no one can see that though.

I don’t have much to say but about the “once I’ve healed from one, another pops up” thing: this is exactly it. As someone who has healed so much over the past decade, this is something that does occur. Do not let it defeat you or make you think it’s never-ending. You’re just working on each problem as they come and as you realize and learn about them. There are quite a bit of problems to work through with trauma, but you will eventually beat them. Keep healing and keep facing new wounds because that is your ticket to a better life, it may just take some time.

I get it, I've been there done that. Can I tell you that honestly the fear, hesitation, anxiety or whatever it is that is holding you back from confronting your past is the very thing that is holding you back from moving forward. I know its overwhelming and scary. I pray that you can find something to hold onto for strength and comfort, so that you can do the unbearable and face your trauma. It really does get better. FEAR: F _ _ _ everything and run OR Face everything and recover. It is possible! I'm here with you if need be.

I am really sorry you are feeling that way. I get the feeling of everyone thinking you are doing well but really your breaking inside. You have a lot of trauma to heal from it sounds like. I dont know if you believe in anything but out my best intentions I prayed for you. If you need to talk to me please do 💛
